Introduction

brown extra lean ground beef. Season with steak seasoning. Drain. Add two cans low fat cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup of non fat milk to hamburger mixture. Add half of a 2 lb bag of tater tots to hamburger along with one small bag of frozen mixed vegetables. Mix well. Put into a 2 lb. casserole dish and top with remaining tater tots and shredded cheddar cheese Bake at 400 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes or until tater tots are brown and cheese is melted brown extra lean ground beef.
