Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cans Diced or stewed tomatoes (no salt added)
    1 can of red kidney beans
    1 can black beans
    1 can lentils
    1 pkg Veggie ground round (can be omitted)
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can tomato sauce
    2 tbsp Chili Powder
    1 tbsp Cayenne pepper (depending on your spicy level)
    2 stalk celery
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 onion
    1 green pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients (except veggie ground round and celery) in a large pot and cook on medium heat on stove top for 1 hour.
Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 1 more hour.
Add celery and simmer for an additional hour
Add veggie ground round and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from heat and enjoy!

(add water if you prefer a thinner chili)
