Ingredients

8 oz fetttuccine
1 onion, chopped
3 tbs butter
3 cans 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
3 cans tuna, drained and broken in chunks
4 jars marianated artichoke hearts
For 2 casseroles:
2 1/3 cup 1% milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
9 tbs oil-packed dried tomatoes, drained, and snipped
9 tbls pitted ripe olives
1/5 tsp dried thyme
9 tbls grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook pasta according to instructions
In large skillet, cook onion in hot butter till tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Stir in Pasta.
Spray 2 - 2qut baking dishes. Fill and cover with foil. Bake in preheated oven for 35 min. Uncover and bake about 15 min until heated through. Let stand for 10 min before serving.
