Ingredients

    8 hard boiled eggs
    1/2 C of kraft lite mayo
    1/4 C of Frenchs yellow mustard
    1/4 C of onion chopped
    1/4 C of green pepper chopped
    1/4 C of celery chopped
    3 small dill pickles chopped
    3 tbsp of pickle juice from the jar
    1 tbsp of garlic powder
    1 tbsp of black pepper
    1 tbsp of paprika
    14 leaves of raw cabbage

Directions

1. Place eggs in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cover eggs and remove from heat, let sit for 15 minutes.

2. Mash up eggs with a pastry cutter of large fork.

3. Mix all ingredients except cabbage.

4. Serve on cabbage or your choice of bread. Cabbage is included in calorie count.
