Introduction

Ingredients

5 egg whites
1 egg yolk
1.5 shredded montery jack cheese
1/4 of a red pepper (diced)
fresh chives
salt
pam
Directions
1.) Preheat oven for 350 degress
2.) get out shredded cheese and diced red pepper
3.) Spray a cupcake pan with pam
4.) Beat 5 egg whites and 1 egg yolk together in a bowl
5.) Pour the picture evently into each section of the pan
6.) Put the red pepper evently into the egg mixture aloung with 1/2 of the cheese and chives.
7.) Put the pan in the oven for 5 minutes then take out and put the remaining cheese evenly on each egg cup.
8.) Put back in the oven for 5 more minutes.
9.) Take out and flip over onto a plate (should come out easily) or glaze with a little butter on the top and put it back into the oven to brow
10.) The most important step...enjoy!
