Introduction

Ingredients

    * 2 apples (Gala, Golden Delicious, or Red Delicious)
    * 3 Kiwi fruits (peeled)
    * 2 Pints strawberries
    * 1 Pint Raspberries
    * 1 cup mandarin oranges
    * 3 Tbsp Splenda
    * 2 Tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar
    * 2 Tbsp preserves (any flavor)

Directions

Chop apples (with peel), kiwi, strawberries, raspberries and oranges into small chunky pieces. (Should be salsa consistency) Mix with Spenda, Splenda brown sugar and preserves. Stir well and chill for at least 30 minutes. Serve with plain tortilla chips or cinnamon sugar chips.
Also goes great on top of ice cream or pancakes! Makes 12 1/2 cup servings.
