Introduction

Yummy lowfat lowcal, clean eating Pancakes!! Yummy lowfat lowcal, clean eating Pancakes!!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1.2C Whole Wheat Flour
    3TB Maple sugar flakes
    2tsp baking powder
    1.5tsp kosher salt
    .5C Fage 0% greek yougurt
    .75C nonfat milk
    .5C egg beaters
    1tsp vanilla
    1tsp lemon zest
    3C fresh blackberry

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together, then in a seperate bowl mix wet ingredients. Blackberries are added once pancakes are in the pan. Mix dry and wet ingredients together (you may need a little more milk the batter tends to thicken as it sits). Drop batter by .25cup I use a ice cream scoop for this. Once batter is in the pan add .25cups of blackberries onto each pancake.
Makes 12 pancakes, 6 servings
1 serving = 2 pancakes
