Ingredients

Tuna, Canned in water, 6 oz., drained
Canelli or Navy white beans, 1 cup after cooked from dry
Celery, 1 stalk diced.
Carrot, 1 grated
English Cucumber, 1 cup seeded & sliced
Olive Oil, 1 TBS
Mrs. Dash seasoning, 1 tsp
Directions
Cook dry white beans per package instruction. I use quick method.
Add veggies, oil and seasoning to bottom of serving bowl and mix well before adding Tuna and the beans. Add Beans and Stir. Add drained Tuna and stir.
Can serve immediately, but tastes best if it is refrigerated an hour.
