Ingredients

    3/4 cup del grosso pizza sauce
    8oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    2 servings/ 30 pieces Hormel original pillow pack pepperoni
    1 Banana Peppers
    8 oz Mushrooms
    1 loaf Rhodes frozen 100% wheat bread dough

Directions

1.pull dough out to thaw at least 4 hours before making the meal
2. preheat oven to 350
3. form dough to cover the pizza pan
4. saute pre-sliced mushrooms until soft
5. slice banana pepper
6. add the pizza sauce on top of the dough
7. layer the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce
8. add the toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, banana peppers)
9. put in oven for 15-20 min
10. makes 8 equal slices of the pizza pie
