Ingredients

    3 cups cooked mung beans
    3 cups cooked adzuki beans
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 cloves minced garlic
    2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

1) Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
2) Add onion and garlic and sauté to soften.
3) Stir in both beans and reduce the heat to low.
4) Cover and continuing cooking on low for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
