Ingredients

    a little less than 1/4 c Splenda
    a little more than 1/2 c sugar
    1/4 c canola oil
    1/4 c plain nonfat yogurt
    3/4 c Best-of-the-Egg Egg Substitute
    1/2 c all-purpose flour
    1/3 c unsweetened cocoa
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/2 c nuts (any kind)

Directions

Mix first five ingredients. Mix dry ingredients separately and then blend in. Add nuts.

Pour batter into 9-inch round cake pan coated with cooking spray. Back at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan, and let cool completely on a wire rack.
