Introduction

This is just a quick smoothie I'll make for a snack or dessert. This is just a quick smoothie I'll make for a snack or dessert.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    6 oz fat free light vanilla yogurt( I use Publix brand)
    1/4 cup frozen blueberries(unsweetened)
    1/8 cup frozen whole cranberries(about 12)
    1/2 cup light cranberry juice cocktail(may need a little less)

Directions

Put all ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth. Might take a good minute or two to get the cranberries pureed.
