Ingredients

    1.5 lbs. ground beef (lean)
    1 lb mixed vegetable frozen
    2 cans (14oz cans) swansons broth
    1 can italian diced tomatoes
    1 large onion diced
    2 sm italian squash diced
    4 large potatoes diced
    4 cloves garlic chopped
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp old bay seasoning
    2 med carrots diced




Directions

place ground beef and onions in skillet and brown meat.
in a large stock pot, add all the ingredients and simmer till vegetables are done.

makes 20 1-cup servings
