Ingredients

    Lamb Chops, Balsamic Vinegar, Butter, Onion, Pepper, Garlic.

Directions

Preheat over to 300 Degrees.Chop garlic and Onion up into small cubes. Use either olive oil or non stick spray to spray down pan. Turn range on Medium Heat. Add onions and garlic into pan, let become translucent, but do not let garlic burn. Turn up heat slightly and add a touch more olive oil, and take your chops and place them in the pan, let them brown for about 6 minutes on each side. Once browned place in over for about 10 minutes, take chops out of pan. Add about a half a cup of vinegar, and two slices of butter and let simmer on a low heat until it has reduced by 50% and the vinegar tastes sweet.
