Ingredients



    * *Krusteaz Fat Free Buttermilk Pancake Mix,(1 1/4c dry)
    * Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Tomato Paste, 0.333 cup
    * *2% mozarella Cheese, 1 cup
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
    * Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    * Onions, raw, .333 cup, chopped
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.333 cup, chopped
    * Banana Peppers, .333 cup
    * Basil, 1 tbsp
    * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    * Pepper, black, .3333 tbsp
    * Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    * Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices
    * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

Directions

Mix first three ingredients together in a bowl. Let rest 5 minutes. Chop veggies. After 5 minutes, spread dough onto greased or floured pizza pan- approx 12 inches. Use a little oil to help spread it out if it is sticky. Cover in desired amount of sauce. Sprinkle with seasonings and toppings. Drizzle remaining olive oil on top. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until desired color is achieved. Cut into twelve pieces. Serves 3 or two really hungry adults.
