Introduction
This is a breakfast treat that I make for my little one when mommy can actually sit and enjoy with my daughter durring the week. This is a breakfast treat that I make for my little one when mommy can actually sit and enjoy with my daughter durring the week.Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
-
Whole wheat bread ( I use 9 grain bread)
All natural clover honey
Cinnamon
Low-fat creamy peanutbutter
Smart balance or Canola harvet spread
Directions
Makes for 2:
Once gatherd all ingredients
I toast my bread to a medium/light brown (so it looks toasty)
once it's done I spread my butter asap, so it melts with the warmth.
Then I will spread about 1/2 teasppon of low-fat creamy peanutbutter.
I then squeeze a 1/2 teaspoon of all natural clover honey, in a zig-zag design all over the toast (not to close to the crust)
I then sprinkle the cinnamon on top.
And serve on the side with some scrambled eggs. And you got a healty nutrition breakfast that fills you up and keeps your satisfied for hours. My duahgter loves this toast in the morning. If you want to add an extra treat? I will also add a few sclices of bannana on top of the spreaded peanutbutter and squeeze the honey on top of the bannanas and sprinkle the cinnamon. This is fullfilling enough that you can eat alone with a side cupof juice or coffee. Or on the side with some scrammbled eggs or oatmeal. ENJOY! :O)
