Ingredients

    1 cup wheat flour
    1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats pulsed in food processor
    1/4 cup corn meal
    3 T flaxseed meal
    3 T Ideal sugar substitute
    1 t baking powder
    1 egg, beaten
    1 t vanilla
    1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (add a little more if batter is too thick)

Directions

Combine dry ingredients and mix. Add egg, vanilla and almond milk and stir to combine. Let set for at least 15 minutes (or overnight). Cook pancakes on griddle until done. May use batter in waffle iron, too.
