1.25 c milk
1.5 c sugar
1/2 t salt
1 T baking powder
1 t baking soda
2 eggs
1 T vanilla extract
1/4 c oil
1/4 c orange juice concentrate
3 c flour
3 c whole frozen cranberries
1/2 c each: chopped peanuts and cashews
Directions
soak cereal in milk while you get your ingredients out.
mix everything together except the fruit and nuts.
fold in the cranberries and nuts.
grease cupcake liner papers for easy removal later!!
Should make about 36 small muffins. But at 130 calories each, you could eat 2 if you wanted to. So nice with a mug of hot tea!
