I used 1 Shallot, 1/2 red onion, 1 cup of Tony Romas BBQ Sauce, & almost 3 lbs of pork ribs. The meat fell off the bones...and was so good my son ran out of the kitchen to his bedroom with the dish of ribs (now boneless). Lolz needless to say this was a BIG hit in my household! :) Love this! - 1/29/13
