Introduction

Ingredients

1 slice whole grain bread (your favorite)
1 TBSP Russian or Thousand Island dressing
3 thin slices tomato
1 oz deli smoked turkey breast (1 large slice)
About 5 slices Haas avocado
1/4 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
Directions
Preheat broiler. Place bread on a baking sheet and toast lightly on 1 side for about 1 minute/
Spread dressing over toasted sides of bread. Layer with tomatoes and smoked turkey. Arrange avocado slices in a spoke pattern over turkey. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Broil about 5 inches from heat 1 to 2 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Eat open faced with knife and fork.
