Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
4 ounces cream cheese
1/8 tsp cream of tartar (optional, helps hold the peaking)
1 packet splenda
Variations: Sweet Breads, Waffles, Hot Dog or Hamburg Buns or Sandwich Bread, Try:
If made as a Sweet Bread: try various extracts such as vanilla, almond, or maple .5 tsp; cinnamon etc.
If you want Waffles or Pancakes: top with berries and coolwhip or whipped cream for a delightful treat!
If used as bread or stuffed with vegetables, or with meat as a sandwich or bun try using some garlic, chicken or beef soup starter, parsley or whatever combination you like.
Don't be afraid to experiment, but use very small amounts of spices, like 1/8-1/2 t. 1/4-1/2 tsp extract

fold in pre-beaten egg yolks & cream cheese mixture, splenda and any spices that you want to add.
Shape to desired form, such as buns, sticks, square, or use a waffle maker, or drop on skillet (pancakes)
Bake at 300 F on greased cookie sheet for 30 min.
