Introduction

Ingredients

    2 lean pork chops*
    3 tsp sweet deli mustard, separated
    1 medium sweet potato, chunks
    1 large apple
    half cup water
    cinnamon to taste
    lemon juice to taste
    chives to taste

Directions

Smear pork chops with 2 tsp mustard. Layer pork chops on bottom of large pot. Mix last tsp mustard with half cup water and pour over chops. Layer on potato chunks next. Thinly slice the apple and layer on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Let simmer slowly on medium low for 20 min. To serve, garnish with fresh chopped chives and lemon juice.
