Introduction

I made this for dinner tonight it was so goo! I made this for dinner tonight it was so goo!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    3oz cocktail shrimp shelled and ready to serve
    1clove Garlic Chopped
    2 tablespoon chopped Onion
    1Cup Frozen spinach
    3oz mozzarella cheese part skim milk
    4oz liquid egg substitute

Directions

Thaw Spinach in microwave
Spray a pan with pam cooking Spray
Add garlic and onion on medium heat
As soon as the onion and garlic start to brown a little add shrimp and spinach mix well!
Slowly Scramble Egg substitute into the dish
Melt Mozzerella on top!
Serves 2 people
