Ingredients

1 c low sodium chicken broth
1 1/2 c pinto beans
1/2c salsa
1c water
3/4 brown rice. cooked
1T ground cumin
2T fresh cilantro chopped
2 6' white corn tortillas
Directions
Place tortillas on rack in 400 degree toaster over until crispy,
about 8 min., check frequently to make sure they don't burn.
Place all other ingrediant in 2qt sauce pan, simmer for 20-30 min.
Break tortillas into bite size pieces and add to soup about 5 min before end of cooking time.
