Ingredients

    4 tbls butter
    1 bunch of asperagus chopped
    1 zuchinni chopped
    1 cup carrots diced
    1 bunch of green onions chopped (reserve tops to put in last)
    1 32 oz box of chicken broth
    2 cupps water
    1 chicken boulion cube
    1 can cannalli beans
    1/2 cup frozen peas
    Parsley for garnish if desired.
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Melt butter and add fresh chopped vegetables.
Saute until tender. Add chicken broth and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add beans, peas, onion tops and parsley if desired. Let simmer an additional 5 minutes.
Wonderful with hot rolls or bread.
