Sometimes you just feel like eating greasy food, and this kind of make you feel that delicious tang of vegetable oil, meat and vinegar, with a delicious refrishing twist. A cabbage based salad with a heavy dose of spicy chicken and tangy italian dressing, this heavy eating hard crunching salad will fill you up right, feel much more caloric than it is, and keep you full for a long time.
This is another recipe I developed to make my mini-meals to eat 5 times a day. I find eating so often makes me feel much better, have more energy and consumer fewer calories.

Note: If your watching your sodium intake, you may want to reduce the Old Bay or omit it completely and use fresh ground pepper.

I usually serve with either, plain polenta (harina de maiz or funche), boiled Carribean root vegetables, like green bananas, taro root, mountain yam, pumpkin (calabaza), breadfruit, malanga and, tanier to name a few.
Soak.rinse. Cook. with 3 garlic clovea. Add 2of Tbsp cumin, chili poweder some salt. Slow cook or cook in pressure cooker until mushy. Mash.
