This bread is packed full of happy, heart-healthy oats, cinnamon spice and crazy ripe bananas. It’s just the thing to throw together over the weekend, slice up, wrap individually, and freeze for breakfast for the entire week. I just grab a slice from the freezer as I’m running out the door, and by the time I have a chance to eat it, it’s perfectly defrosted. Of course the microwave and toaster oven work wonders too.
Can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated for next morning or cooked right away.

This yummy smoothie is a great, easy way to start your day! Feel free to substitute the Chobani Champions for any other low-fat regular or Greek yogurt- use 3.5 oz, or about 1/2 cup. You can also use normal cheerios instead of multigrain.

Very tasty, simple and low card coconut pancakes. I usually top mine with a spread of organic natural peanut butter or almond butter and some strawberries. Banana also works great with the peanut butter topping.
Egg-white omelet, with peppers, onions, tomatoes, and broccoli. Topped with a small bit of cheese.
