Avocado-Banana-Apple Smoothie
This may not be a very low cal breakfast but it is rich in potassium (just under half the daily requirements) and other essential nutrients. For lower calories cut the serving size in half.
Btw, you can't taste the spinach in this recipe so don't be afraid to add it.
