This started out as a mistake - I got the recipe from my sister but she forgot to tell me about the 1/2 cup of veg oil so I made it without. It tastes delicious and is super moist and lower fat without it!

Great alternative for regular porridge for those who are Gluten/Yeast intolerant or someone after something different for Breakfast. Feel free to add any kind of Fruit. Raspberries are particularly good on top after porridge is served :)
