I whipped these up and was pleasantly surprised to have made a moist, cake-like/brownie-like/bread-like pumpkin surprise! They were really good--even my husband, who doesn't like pumpkin pie, let alone pumpkin-y things, loved it! With a little light whipped cream, it tastes just like pumpkin pie! Enjoy!
