I use sandwich thins instead of bread for sandwiches because they're only 100 calories. I wish I could find whole wheat, but I haven't yet. The avocados and hummus are what really make this sandwich so delicious, rich, and creamy.
I also included a slice of turkey bacon from the farm stand or farmer's market, so the calorie count is estimated. You could leave it off - I just add it for that extra kick of flavor.
