I adapted this from a recipe I had written down on a scrap of paper in my kitchen drawer. The original had over 300 calories per slice.
Do not use low fat or fat free yogurt; the quiche won't set properly. I use Dannon Natural plain yogurt. If you still have problems setting, you can use the same amount of mayo, but again, don't use light mayo.
