This is the cocoa mix I grew up on except I substituted Splenda baking blend for the sugar. If you find this to be too sweet, just add more cocoa to the mix and then remember to cut back on the Splenda blend the next time you make it. You just need to find the right sugar/cocoa balance for your personal taste.
