I was looking for something to make one night and had the above ingredients except the tomato sauce. I used tomato juice instead. After putting the ingredients together I realized I made my own chili.

This is a colorful, delicious pasta salad that can be eaten cold or hot. It includes black beans, cherry tomatoes and green pepper tossed with penne pasta. This uses gluten free pasta.

I like the taste - bit tart to relieve the boredom. However it looks rather like mush, so I think I will use the leftovers as a stuffing for green bell peppers, to make it prettier (and some grated cheese on top for my non-dieting husband!
These muffins are Gluten Free, Oil Free and Lactose Free and taste AWESOME!!
