Super easy, and fun. Not to mention delicious. Recipe is easily altered to serve as many people as you like. Same recipe is awesome for boneless pork too.
You can put white wine in the marinade too, which is really good- about a half cup.
You can sub dry oregano for the fresh just use less, about a tablespoon

My take on the Cooking Light version of Chicken Souvlaki!

Simple recipe I decided to attempt which worked really well. Used my George Forman Grill to cook the pieces. Made 2 wraps out of this! Worth the effort.

Serve this with one of the yummy healthy greek yogurt tzatziki sauces on sparkrecipes.

A very good, healthy chicken recipe similar to what you might get in a nice Greek restaurant. Try with a low fat Tzatziki Sauce and a low fat pita bread.

We had this in Greece and I have done my best to reproduce this delicious chicken with yummy Greek yogurt sauce

I use this recipe along with the tzatziki recipe. I lightly toast pita bread and stuff with chicken, pitted Calamata olives, feta and tzatziki sauce.
