This is a recipe I made up while trying to figure out how the Atlanta Bread Company made theirs. I think I did pretty well! For a vegetarian spin, use Knorr's vegetable bouillon in place of the chicken bouillon.
A great vegetarian soup. Very filling. Low calories. cheap to make and serves approx 12 to 15!

I found a recipe for Tandoori Chicken and decided to modify it to be use tofu instead. I also changed a few ingredients to fit what I already had in my kitchen. Still this dish was a little too bitter for me and not creamy enough. The lemon and cilantro were very overpowering.
