You can make this with any combination of veggies. Makes a quick, yummy dinner.
This is a very basic recipe that tastes great and is easy to make. Your basic ingredients are chicken, pasta, broccoli, garlic and olive oil. You can adjust the ratio of these items slightly to your preference.
This is good served on pasta or rice. I like to top mine with parmesan cheese.
This is my favorite pizza crust recipe. No waiting for dough to rise. This dough will make 3-4 small crusts or 1 thick crust or 2 thin crust pizzas... it works well all ways! Can also be made with 1/3 or 1/2 whole wheat flour if you wish.
I'm sure this would be great with fresh ingredients but I created it with what I had on hand. Yum!
Please add a bunch of oregano, garlic, pepper, basil and rosemary. Add salt if you're okay with it.
Really, add whatever vegetables you have on hand. I would've added broccoli if my husband would eat it! This would also be good with shrimp (but what isn't!). If you'd like to skip meat altogether, that would be fine, too (Go, Meatless Mondays!)
