This recipe came from a book called Cooking Light Comfort food.
I tweaked it a little. I didn't use chocolate chips or pineapple preserves. If you want to add 2 teaspoons mini dark chocolate chips and change the preserves to pineapple.
3 ingredient cookies. Sounds crazy, but its AMAZINGLY fudgy and good!! Tastes like a fudgy brownie to me. Try it and see!
