A friend from Mexico taught me how to make this. She didn't give me a recipe, but she had me watch her make it. The cinnamon adds a nice twist to the sauce. I was able to 'low-carb' it by substituting truvia for the sugar she normally used.

I use WAY more dill and parsley for this version
Bakes in 20 minutes in a 9 X 9 pan. Makes 16 bars with 162 calories each. Cut them into 24 like the original recipe called for and they only have 108 calories each! A 100 calorie treat!
