Large portion and LOW CAL , LOWFAT !!
Cut up and freeze 2 c. of peaches ( I also like to use Mango)
To a Blender add 3 C. orange juice, add 2 c. frozen peaches and 4 TBL of Peach Schnapps
This makes 10 1/2c. mixture to pour into frozen popsicle molds
Instead of having the mess on the outside, include the bacon and cheese on the inside.
A great potluck dish with lots of fruit and flavour.

This is a great pick your own ingredients pasta salad. I was given this recipe by my mom, who received it from a friend, etc. You can substitute any meats, cheeses, add veggies, etc. Great for picnics and potlucks!!!
