I change mine up by browning the onion season and garlic in olive oil then adding to the chicken mixture to take out the crunchiness of the onions which I don't like!

Easy creamy ranch dressing. Adding 2 teaspoons of white vinegar, or any vinegar or you have on hand, will actually thicken the milk. Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow thickening.
