*** The nutritional info is not correct for these muffins as the
data base did not have "buckwheat flour" in it. For 1 cup
of buckwheat flour add 402 calories; 3 grams of fat; 15
grams fiber, 15 grams protein. *** So for each
individual muffin, add an extra 33.5 calories.
Can be made into one "large" pancake, or two mini pancakes for a delicious egg/cheese/sausage sandwich! :)
