I changed this from a Ground beef and Beef broth to turkey and chicken broth soup. If you want the beef, just change the turkey for lean ground beef (same amounts as turkey) and the broth from chicken to beef (same amounts, low sodium)

This is a thick pumpkin pudding that could easily be used as a pie. I wanted one that doesnt use Cool Whip. Next time I'll try butterscotch pudding and double it!
