Salad is make with Veggie - Pasta called on my package Wacky Mac which is a multi-colored Rotini type noodle. I used 1/2 of the package or 6 oz dry noodles for this recipe. Also I used 1 whole can of 14 oz Artichoke Hearts. One can has 3 servings (4 pieces of Quartered Artichoke each). The entire can therefor has about 12 of these quartered artichokes in it. I also put in the liquid from this can. You can leave out if you prefer a less watery salad.

This Plan-Ahead-and-Go Meal is EZ. Simply toss into slow cooker pot and cook. It is ready 7 hours on LOW setting. The chicken is PRE-ROASTED at the store. I remove skin and other things that are not wanted....the night before and I cook the leftovers (meat goes directly into a container to store separately)...for the chicken broth. I defat the broth in the morning and store extra broth that I won't need for this soup in the freezer in freezer containers. Season the way you like it...and add some of your favorite veggies.
