My Italian grandmothers served salad with almost every dinner and they never used store bought dressing. They both lived into their mid 90's.
Cook potatos in water just above the potatos then when tender add milk, onions and butter and chives, then add flour that has been mixed with a little water to thickin,ENJOY! Makes 4 servings

Absoloutely beats the old Tuna melts! In a 'pinch' I've used regular tuna (well drained) & added liquid smoke to it to get the same taste & results!

This is based off of a recipe found on Noom. You can easily tweak it to make it your own, as I did here. Add additional veggies like spinach or celery.
