This is my version of the soup I love from my favorite Thai restaurant. I am going for maximum flavor, reduced sodium, and no "hard to find" ingredients such as the galangal which is necessary for truly authentic soup. In my version the ground ginger and lime add the sour.
Take out style, easy at home. This recipe only calculate the beef and Broccoli. You can eat it with the grain of your choice.

I threw this together when there wasn't much else in my house and was looking for a full meal including a decent portion of protein. This is more of a bare bones recipe where a bit of tweaking here and there to your preference could make a really tasty and nutritious meal!
This is my favorite stir fry ever! As a vegetarian dish it's great, but you can also add chicken or shrimp to give it some more body if you're really hungry.
I make two versions of chicken fried rice. This one with white rice has eggs and white onion. The other version with brown rice has fresh red bell pepper and green onion. Try them both and let me know what you think.
