I don't know that I could get tired of this salad. I make it all the time- as a side or just by its self it is amazing!
I have never measured anything for this recipe- i just eyeball it and taste it- adjusting where needs be.

This is a great way to get a picky family to eat a healthy side dish without them ever knowing. My 4yr od sons loves them.
I used 7 oz salmon fillets in this recipe instead of 8 to 10 oz salmon steaks, but am stating the recipe as it was written, so the cooking time may vary.

My take on this recipe on this Month's Food and Wine mag. I substituted Korean sweet and spicy red chili paste for Sri racha. And added more of a few things.
You can add more vegetables like Broccoli, carrots or snow peas, by blanching them in the noodle water the last 5 minutes of cooking the noodles.
