Can be made with any dried pulses (peas, beans, lentils, etc) and any hard greens or mix of greens (kale, turnip greens or collards, etc). Great served with cornbread, bulghur, rice, etc and a variety of condiments and garnishes (country ham bits, balsamic vinegar, hot sauces, salsas, cilantro, crushed toasted almonds - be creative here!)
