Tuscan Grilled Steak
Lack of a mortar and pestle or food processor necessitated this recipe. I had a recipe for a garlic-y steak that required a garlic paste but no matter how finely I manually minced the garlic, I could not get it to paste and spreading minced garlic on the steak didn't really work that well so the next time I made the steak, I decided to roast a whole head of garlic and spread it on afterwards. It was a good decision; if you like garlic and steak, you'll love this steak. I use a flank steak but you can use any boneless steak, really
