We all love Waffles, but don't love the calories that traditional waffles have in them. So, after some trial and error, this recipes results in a hearty but healthy waffle. If paired with mixed berries and/or Sugar Free syrup, you are in for a delicious treat for breakfast!!
SImple. Just eggs & fresh spinach scrambled. You could definitely add more veggies to it if you want. Today, I was just being lazy.

An easy way to cook for a crowd! This dish makes a Mother's Day brunch easy. I did all the prep the night before and stored it prepared in the fridge overnight. 45 minutes before we wanted to eat, I just popped it in the oven and waited for the aromas and compliments and lemme tell ya brother, both were pretty sweet! Rich custardy french toast with nobody having to man a griddle. All can eat at together.
These make a great grab-to-go breakfast, or savor them with your morning coffee or tea.
